If light is confirmed, the power supply is normal.


Then check the cable to see if the camera tail light and switch light are flashing. If not, please try to replace the cable (make sure the cable is good, or it may be different from the cable used by the manufacturer).


After the above confirmation, the VCR still cannot search the camera. This may be because the VCR and the camera are not in the same network segment.


Search for a fixed IP address in your network Settings (remember to change to an IP address on your VCR).


In addition, it is recommended to ask the camera manufacturer for PC client search software. Fix IP search after connecting with PC, and then modify IP after searching.


You can't find a camcorder or a video recorder from different manufacturers.


In general, private agreements between brands are not common, basically using the OnVIF protocol for connectivity (most brands support it). After confirming that it is not a hardware wiring problem, the basic issues are as follows.


Similar to some camera devices, after IP C is upgraded to V5.5.0 or higher, the ON VIF function is turned off by default, which needs to be manually turned ON, and the ON VIF administrator account needs to be set so that other brands of VCRS can be found and added normally.


Ask the business if it does this.


The device cannot adapt itself, and the factory IP is 170, such as network segment, it is recommended to ask the business to use the computer side search software.


The VCR added a video camera but it didn't come out.



This mainly has the following points.


The camera code stream is too high.


It is often the case that the main stream has no pictures, the secondary stream has pictures or neither.


At this point the computer into the camera management interface code traffic will be reduced.

At this point, the computer enters the management interface, changes the code to 264, and lowers the code stream.

The second is the equipment failure caused by the power error, the power error roughly has the following several possibilities.

Countermeasures: in the control host, the camera output signal with no problem is connected to the nearest power supply. If the above interference phenomenon does not appear on the display, it indicates that there is no problem with the control host.


The next step is to use a portable monitor closely connected to the video output end of the front-end camera to examine each camera one by one.

Failure reason: whether the power supply, camera and circuit are disconnected, etc.


Solution: Replace the power supply and check whether it is normal. If not, check whether the front camera is normal with engineering guarantee. If it is normal, check whether the circuit is on and off.


Non-clean image switching by the host.


The phenomenon of this fault is in the selected image, and other images superposition or with other images of the line synchronization signal interference.


The reason lies in the poor quality of the host or matrix switch, which cannot meet the requirements of the isolation degree between images.


If the rf transmission system is used, it may also be caused by excessive cross modulation and mutual modulation of the system.


The sixth is the failure of the cradle head.


Not long after use, the head does not operate normally or cannot rotate at all, which is a common fault of the head.


In addition to the factors affecting product quality, there are generally the following reasons:

(3) Outdoor yuntai due to the environmental temperature is too high, too low, waterproof, antifreeze measures are not in place, causing damage or even damage.


A fault caused by a mismatching of the characteristic impedance of a transmission line.


This phenomenon is characterized by the appearance of several equally spaced vertical stripes on the screen of the display, with the frequency of the interference signal being basically an integer multiple of the line frequency.


The reason for this is that video transmission line characteristic impedance is not 75 Ω, leading to the impedance mismatch.


It can also be said that the reason for this interference phenomenon is that the impedance and distribution parameters of the video cable do not meet the requirements.


The solution generally depends on "resistance in series at the beginning" or "resistance at the end point".


In addition, in the case of very short video transmission distance (usually within 150 meters), the use of impedance mismatch and large distribution parameters of the video cable will not necessarily produce the above interference.


Accordingly, choose to buy video cable, must assure its quality to be able to solve above problem.


If necessary, the cables should be sampled.


Is the surveillance camera image distorted or geometrically distorted?


This could be due to a problem with the surveillance camera, the monitor's geometric correction circuit, or the optical lens, or a poor internal contact between the video connector and the ball machine, or a mismatch between the equipment's characteristic impedance and the surveillance camera's output impedance.


How many black bars or bars appear on the monitor screen?

Is the night vision infrared surveillance camera normal in the daytime and white at night?


This phenomenon is usually caused by reflectors in the machine environment or small reflectors in space, caused by infrared light reflection.


To solve this problem, we must first determine whether there are reflectors in the use environment, and try to improve the use environment; Secondly, check whether the effective infrared distance of the machine is relative to the actual use distance; If a distant machine is used in a small space, the infrared light is too strong to whiten the image.

The reason is that the characteristic impedance between video transmission lines or equipment is not 75 Ω, leading to impedance mismatch.


* Tilt interference, pulsating interference, power supply interference.


At a young age, this interference does not drown out the normal image, but in severe cases, it distorts the image so that it cannot be seen.


There are many reasons for this phenomenon, which are also very complex, such as poor quality of the video transmission line, especially poor shielding performance, or the presence of clutter in the power supply system. It may also be due to the presence of strong interference sources near the system.


* Large-area reticulate interference, also known as single-frequency interference.


This is mainly due to the video cable core and shielding network short circuit, open or BNC connector contact fault.


Monitor installation and debugging, we often encounter some strange problems, now let's share some of them.
